Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time, which was last updated on 21 November 2014.
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If you have any issues with your purchases, then please report them to us immediately so we can investigate.
Before returning any items, please call our Customer Service team on 020 7426 1014. This enables us to log the return and process it more quickly.
Your statutory rights

Right to Cancel
You have the right to make a return within 14 days of your purchase without giving a reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to return the goods by a clear statement, e.g. via email or post.
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.
If the goods are returned intact as above, and within the 14-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from you choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back any goods supplied.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement, but you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and they will be your responsibility until the goods are back in our possession.
If a good that we have provided is faulty, we will consider any claims up to 30 days from the date of despatch. You should inform us on the Customer Service line, 020 7426 1014, as soon as possible and we will log the claim.
Please return the faulty good to the address below and we will investigate and consider the claim. If the good is found to be faulty, and it is clear it was prior to being despatched, we will issue a full refund including delivery costs.
